To achieve this end, standard delivery orders are shipped primarily through the U.S. Postal System's Priority Mail Service. Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. If your order is being sent to a North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Virginia address it should arrive within 2-4 business days. Orders being shipped to all other states in the Continental U.S. should arrive within 3-10 business days. If you need your order faster, we also offer Next Business Day and 2-3 Day Delivery via UPS.
For same day shipping on these faster delivery services, online orders must be received on a business day (Mon-Fri) by 8am EST. Orders shipped outside of the contiguous US using these faster delivery services may require an additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: UPS holidays will affect shipping times. Shipment will be delivered on the next business day. Check UPS.com for holiday information. The UPS delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control including, but not limited to, the following: The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, or disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena, and natural disasters.
