Job Overview:

• Johnny T-shirt: The Carolina Store is currently seeking a Retail Store Manager to work in our Retail Store! This is a part-time position with potential for a transition to full-time that will provide great professional management experience. We are looking for a results driven individual who will be responsible for the overall store management including, but not limited to, enhancing customer satisfaction, merchandising, marketing, optimizing store procedures/policies, and managing staff effectively. Must be able to work weekends and weekdays.

 

Requirements:

• Some type of previous management experience preferred
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Outgoing with superior communication skills
• Flexible hours (must be able to work some weekends as well as extended hours during holiday seasons)
• Organized and self-motivated
